Bridie Lonie is a lecturer at the Dunedin School of Art, Otago Polytechnic, and Emeritus Member of the Friends of the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. For this talk on the topic Artforms, Climate Change and the Anthropocene, Bridie has drawn on her research as a PhD candidate at the University of Otago’s Department of History and Art History. The idea of climate change is nested in the wider idea of the Anthropocene.
