This month we welcome visitors from Guangdong Construction Polytechnic. The Polytechnic president Zhao Pengfei (Gavin) is also the chairman of National Board for Advanced Apprenticeship Experters of Chinese Ministry of Education, the vice president of the Advanced Vocational Education Branch of China Vocational Education Association, and the vice chairman of Guangdong Vocational Education Alliance for the Belt and Road Initiative. The Belt and Road Initiative is a strategic foreign policy and economic strategy for China.

Zhao Pengfei, the President of Guangdong Construction Polytechnic, has a PhD and is a second-level professor. Committed to the study of higher vocational education management, vocational education talent training mode and international talent cooperation training, Zhao Pengfei has hosted 11 national and provincial educational research projects, and published dozens of papers in core journals, many included by SCI. He has published four monographs, and won a first prize and a second prize of Chinese National Teaching Achievement, with two first prizes of teaching achievements in Guangdong Province.
